Supporting children and adults with Autism or developmental disabilities and the families that care for them

Caring for a loved one with a disability can be an overwhelming and isolating experience. In reality, there are many resources available, but finding and accessing resources that meet your loved one’s unique needs is often a challenge.

Pine Tree Society’s Case Management Services works with and supports children and adults with Mental Retardation, Pervasive Developmental Disabilities (PDD) and Autism Spectrum Disorders and the families who care for them.

Each member of the Case Management Services team brings extensive experiences and expertise to the individuals and families with whom they work. In addition, the team has access to resources within the Pine Tree Society family of programs including Pine Tree Camp, The Kids’ Project adaptive equipment program and Community Services.

Each case manager works closely with families and service providers in determining, locating and accessing the services that will help realize the full potential the individual.

Our services are tailored to each individual’s needs and circumstances, and might include assistance with:

  • Applications for financial assistance
  • Crisis planning
