Request an Interpreter

Please follow the steps below. Once your request has been submitted, we will contact you within two business days. You may also contact us by phone at (207) 885-0536 (voice/tty).

Please note that your request will not be submitted to Pine Tree Society until you are presented with the "Receipt of Request" page.

Step 1 First-time Requestors

First-time requestors must complete and sign the Billing Authorization Form Adobe and return by fax to (207) 885-0076 or by mail. Please click here for information on prices and policies.

Step 2 Requestor Contact and Billing Information

Please provide us with information about the person requesting the interpreting services and to whom the service will be billed.
