Join us on April 18 at 1 p.m. for a Facebook Live event (@pinetreesociety).

Join Linda Bonnar, MA, CCC-SLP, ATP, Director of Pine Tree Society’s Communication Pathways program as she tells us about her favorite new apps. Developers have flooded the market with apps for every possible thing imaginable including leisure and learning for children.  Are you wondering which apps might be beneficial for your child? We will cover some of the new favorites of the Communication Pathways team in a variety of areas which may include:

  • early learning
  • scheduling
  • concept development
  • video modeling for task completion (washing hands, getting on the bus, going to the doctor, etc.)
  • reading/writing support
  • organization
  • language development
  • appropriate leisure engagement

She will discuss apps which can be beneficial for children, teens and in some cases, adults.
