The holiday season will soon be here! While it is meant to bring feelings of love and cheer, it’s also the harbinger of stress for many of us. Join us and learn a few simple tips you could try to help reduce holiday stress before it begins so that it remains at a positive level rather than an overwhelming one.
This discussion will be facilitated by Karen Willey, Regional Parent Support Coordinator, of the G.E.A.R Parent Network and Ann Long of the Maine Parent Federation.
This session is appropriate for parents, families, and anyone involved in raising a child with a disability.
Please RSVP by clicking here or call Connie Hartley at 386-6951.
