Pine Tree Camp is a fully accessible space available for use through the fall, winter, and spring (September-May). Overlooking North Pond in Rome, Maine, Pine Tree Camp’s 285-acre property offers year-round facilities for retreats, meetings, conferences, leadership trainings, and other special programming. Picturesque in every way, our campus is ideal for those looking for a place to reconnect, relax, or explore together. Continue reading to learn more about what Pine Tree Camp has to offer.

All-Season Cabins

There are five cabins available year-round, each with a 24-bed capacity. These cabins include centralized and accessible bathrooms with sinks in the main living area. Each cabin also includes a common area with tables and chairs, as well as a deck that sits along the water.

Seasonal Cabins

There are two seasonal cabins on campus. The availability of these are limited to the months of May, September, and October. Our Rustic Cabin is a recently renovated duplex with identical sides. They each include between six to eight beds, a bathroom, and a small dining table. There is baseboard heat in the bathrooms. They share a common deck.

Cabin 7 has a bed capacity of 20 with a centralized shared bathroom, large deck, and great location along the water near our fishing dock.

Meeting Spaces

The beauty of our campus is that anywhere can be a meeting space. For those seeking a formal setting, our dining hall, rec hall, treehouse, and Patrick’s Place can be used.

The dining hall is perfect for large and small groups. The staff at Pine Tree Camp can set up the space to meet your needs. We also have a full sound system and projector that can be utilized. The maximum occupancy is 250 people. There are four accessible bathrooms. This is a year-round building.

The rec hall is a smaller meeting space that has a stage, two accessible bathrooms, and a full sound system and projector. This space can fit a maximum of 100 people. This building is seasonal.

The treehouse is great for those who want a more intimate space. Best for use during the day, the treehouse can fit 15 people comfortably. While it has no power, there is plenty of natural light coming through to brighten up the space. This is a seasonal building great for spring and fall.

Patrick’s Place is located underneath the dining hall and can fit 20 people comfortably with tables. There is a television available for presentations and wifi connectivity. This can also be used as a less formal space as it has a large couch, ping-pong table, and games. It is available year-round. There two accessible bathrooms available next door that are seasonal use.

Wellness Center

Our wellness center features a large, open space that can be utilized in many ways. It features four beds separated by curtains with a shared bathroom in the main area. It also contains a smaller apartment that includes two private rooms, each with its own entrance, and a kitchenette. The apartment has a bathroom with a shower. This building is available year-round.

Dining Hall and Meal Service

The dining hall is a beautiful, year-round space that overlooks North Pond. It features a full industrial kitchen that can be rented out, or meal services can be provided through Pine Tree Camp. We offer food for everyone, including those with any dietary restrictions such as gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian. Our meal times are 8 AM, 12 PM, and 6 PM unless otherwise specified. We can also provide snacks upon request.
